I have used Vicki Kline in Cincinnati. You have heard her on TV, in stores, documentaries and Toys R Us store as well as the Bell Telephone. I sent the script, she did the VO and I downloaded it from her computer when done. I have not used her in a while but I did a google search and found this contact info. Hope it helps.

Turn around has always been less than 48hrs and the quality has always been stellar.

They have a good section for you to DEMO the various voice choices before you decide which is awesome since some scripts require a bit of 'energy' as to where others need that 'laid back' feel.

Using them has turned out to be a lot less hassle and less expensive than dealing with talent and recording our own.

Well, about six years ago I knew a lady doing VO. Looks like (from her website) that she is doing a lot of concerts now, but her name is Sharon Hinton Smith. She had a decent sound at the time. I have no clue what her prices would be now days or if she still promotes the VO work, but I guess it might be worth an email or phone call.
