Introduction Media?

When I set a video as the introduction media than play it what I want to happen is first the introduction media than the main menu.
But what happens is it goes straight into the main media for the disk? and it skips the menu how can I change this?

what do you have set as DVD start (purple square with star in it)?? you would just have to add both the intro and main movie clips to the project and set the DVD start to the intro. i think it also makes a difference where you put the intro clip in the project explorer. i have the intro first (at the top) of the explorer window followed by the main and sub menus then the main movie clip.

Thank You so much for the reply, I figured out what the problem was and it is my DVD player.
I tried playing the disk on 3 different dvd players and they worked fine, our dvd play has been acting weird lately anyway so I think it is just about to kick the bucket.
