I have been getting this message: vegas window comes up with: an exception occurred, then windows screen comes up with this:

Is this Vegas 3?
I get something similiar when i go to open a new vegas editlist while working on another; I have one open then save then go to explorer and open another.Crash.
Happens once during the first time I work in vegas.Then after crash it does not do it again.
Weird.
I even reinstalled vegas 3 to see if this would help.
No help.

I did find that if I just close out the editlist I am leaving and then go to explorer to open a new one everything is ok, no crashes.
