I have been trying for months to get support and I continue to get blown off by Sony, Magix and VASST. I purchased two copies for production assistant pro. I received separate emails from Sony with the serial numbers for each copy. Neither of them work. I have spoke to many between the companies and no one can help. The support is ridiculous and I just need to get the software I paid for working.
