iPhone video not showing up

Hello, hope someone can help.... was working fine for several months, but in the past week, now cannot get iPhone video and audio onto timeline, only audio showing up... Windows 10 is updated, GeForce 342.01 has latest driver, HEVC, MovStudio16 Platinum Suite. Today I upgraded to 17 Platinum. iPhone 7Plus has latest software. Attempted to add iPhone video into Movie Studio 17 Platinum - same result - only audio imports. Any ideas how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you have to select this option?

Thanks, gave that a try, but still same, not showing the video when I add the media to project in VMS 17 Pltnm. Addl info, the iPhone content is imported from phone onto my desktop and plays nice and clear audio and video, as raw .MOV file
