Ipod rendering

I am using Vegas platnum 9.0. When I render to main concept mp4 and try to sinc it to my ipod, I get the audio, but no video only a white screen. Any one tell me whats going on?

Which iPod is that exactly? Do you have the latest firmware for your iPod? Also, try the other iPod template in that filetype.

You could try sending it through a converter site like zamzar
