Ipod to HDMI video cable

I find myself using my iPod Touch, not only for personal video viewing, but also for playing video back on various TVs. I can't find anywhere to by an individual cable. Does anyone know where I could buy this cable or one like it?

Definitely not OT given that Vegas has an iPod preset, and therefore figuring out how to view the result on a screen other than the mini-screen in an iPod could be a very important part of the Vegas workflow.

I did a quick search to find this cable -- or something similar -- and was surprised that even eBay didn't seem to have any. This makes me wonder if this is something that really works, or even exists! I also checked maxExtreme and other iPod-specific accessory sites.

If you find it, let us know.

I find it strange that, that cable can only be found on that site..

How can an ipod have HDMI out, without some sort of digital video signal.
If you check the pin-out for the ipod - all the video signals are analog ..

Googling turned up some info on ipod dock that would have HDMI out, but there was some type of conversion going on in the dock..

The dock itself does not seem to be available anywhere..

There are ipod AV cables available, and would seem to be the only viable method for getting video from an ipod to a tv/monitor at this time..
