Can I use the Iris transition to use one piece of video
to create an oval border around another piece of video?
The thing is I don't want the oval hole to go away or ever change size and I am having trouble finding how I can get the 'transition' to stay static. If that is not possible, can someone suggest another way to poke a static oval hole (with a feathered edge) through a piece of footage to reveal other video below it? Perhaps with alpha channel? But I don't know if I have any software that would let me create the oval feathered alpha channel.. Recommendations?
