OK all you helpful mentors.....what the hell is going on with my playbacks. I am getting what sounds like an over mic'ed water bubble surfacing from a liquid being boiled. i.e. the digital pop is not consistant it sometimes sounds like a digital expultion. Does that make any sense to anyone out there. It happens no matter what I record. I have Vegas 2.0/ Motu 24i/Pentium 4, 2.1gig 512 ram/ Tons of hard drive at 7200 I have defragmented to a compulsive point, and I can't get rid of this pop. I have messed with my buffers from 64 to 512, and have sacrificed my first born and Satin isn't responding. Can anyone help?
