Is it Japanese or what?

I noticed Screen Blast Movie Studio 3.0b was around and went on to install it. It seems it works well BUT, for most features, in the dialogue windows, it shows question marks: "?????" I presume those are Japanese characters my screen cannot display. You can see two examples in the following links:

Of course, I have tried reinstalling the 3.0b EXE, checkicn that it was the English version (not the Japanese one) and similar choices. Any suggestion? I NEED YOUR HELP!!! Thanks in advance! --Nelson.

It will operate if you change the "time zone in US English"

In the meantime, let me know if it works when you set the format in your Windows Regional Options dialog to English."
