I need to create a brief presentation of my mobile app. I use Vegas Pro. But I have weak skills. I want to do something like this: the text and the animated image are interchanged.

I would like to make something like this:

It is possible make with Vegas Pro? Or is it better to use another application? any advice and suggestions - there is already no time :)

For animations i should use After Effects cc 2018 https://www.adobe.com/nl/products/aftereffects.html

But you also can use Animate cc 2018 https://www.adobe.com/nl/products/animate.html

And for a good rendering process to mp4 i should use Media Encoder https://www.adobe.com/nl/products/media-encoder.html

Original post states OP has weak skills and no time. I'd suggest outsourcing, e.g. fiverr.com

Yeah, as a motion graphics artists, I can tell you that if you want that kind of quality but don't have much skill, you'll want to outsource it like wjauch suggested. If you want to learn (you should... everyone who edits video should learn at least some background in motion graphics), I'd suggest After Effects as stated above, as well as Cinema 4D. Both have an incredibly steep learning curve, I've been using both for years and still feel like I'm just scratching the surface in many ways, but thankfully there are a ton of tutorials on youtube, as well as project files you can download from various sites that let you basically reverse-engineer how they did something by opening their project in the app they used to make it in. Those project files are also a good starting point to use. Many times when creating graphics, I will grab a project template that does close to what I need it to do, then go in and tweak everything until it is completely unique and fits my needs exactly. It saves a ton of time that you may not have to devote to the project.

Check out websites like video copilot. A great resource for this kind of thing.

Outsource, yes, but if you've got a whole lot of learning time and no money, there's Blender. Which can do anything you can do in After Effects, and a whole lot more, for free.
