Is it possible to capture a single image from video?

I want to grap snap shots from the video I've captured, is that possible? You know just grab a frame or two here and there?

Easy - and very useful!
1 Preview the frame you want to capture
2 Right click in the preview area and select "Display at project size"
3 Click "Copy Timeline Snapshot" (the icon like 2 sheets of paper at the top of the preview area)
4 Click "Save Timeline Snapshot to File" (the floppy disk icon next to the copy icon)

Done!

Actually, you can skip step 3, can't you? I believe it just copies the still to your clipboard.
