Is it worth it SV12 -> SV13 - What new features

I have until end May to take advantage of SCS's special upgrade offer. Since SV12 is working well for me what new features am I missing out on?

From my own point of view. Nothing there to light my fire. The proxy first workflow will be a tremendous asset to those in the field with a tight time schedule. But not needed by people like me who shoot AND edit.

There's nothing. I've upgraded 8 versions but 13th is unlucky. Had to put the purchase price of hitfilm just to make up for the lack of real support for v13 & dvda?? Will this Sony software trend ever stop?

I've upgraded to VP13 but tbh there doesn't seem much difference to v12 if you don't need the Cloud or the iPad app. I upgraded to remain current and receive the latest updates which may enhance overall stability - not that I had problems with v12. Perhaps it's worth upgrading if v12 hasn't been stable for some users but then the v13 demo will verify if v13 is an improvement or not.
