Is the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro Gen 7 good for light video editing.

Thought the Dell xps 15 was the perfect laptop for my needs. Then I read about the heating issues. I don't need something that slim. What about this Lenovo?

Are there upgrades you would suggest that would make it suit my needs a lot better?

Some 1080 P editing, maybe a tiny bit of 4K, but that's not what I'm mostly using this for. I have faster computer for that.

How do reviewers find its thermal performance in benchmarks like Cinebench? The hardware itself is overkill for 1080p but as with the Dell the question is whether it can sustain performance with both CPU and GPU in use.
