Is there a COMPLETE list of Key Commands available to program in Vegas 5?

Hello everyone...

I have exported the commands from Vegas 5 into an .INI file and looked at them with a text editor...

And I have figured out that there are some commands available that are not listed in the .INI file...

For instance...

There is no command listed for "Save As" but guessing that there SHOULD be I added the following line to the exported .INI file and then loaded into back into Vegas and it worked!!!

File.SaveAs=Ctrl+Shift+S

This leads me to believe that there a other commands available that can be assigned to customized keystrokes...

However, where can one find this list?

Anyone know?

Best to all!

The INI export only exports the "defined commands". You defined a new command when you added that line. You could have defined that same command directly from the keyboard tab. File.SaveAs DOES appear in the list of selectable items.

Thanks, jetdv...

However, I was looking for a text file list of commands.

I understand that if I searched through all of the selectable menu items, I could come up with this list also...

However, I'm trying to find a text file with them already in it (in order to use my text editor to make my keystroke file.

The interface to assign keystrokes in Vegas is a bit cumbersome... (but I'm glad that they put it in there finally!!!)

Also, there appears to be some un-documented keystrokes... I.E. F20 ??? Where is F20 on the keyboard?

Anyone with help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Best to all!

I also would be glad to have such a list and kind of explanation what the commands does. Hard to get an overview the way it is now.

There isn't one. However, it IS a "keypress" that devices like the shuttlepro can send.
