i have a panasonic with a burned pixel, i use boris red with mosaic filter, cropped to 1 pix arround the bad pixel, it really works...

Thanks a million guys. This is exactly was I was looking for. I can only imagine the price on having to fix this on an XL1s plus the downtime since Canon is pretty slow when it comes to repairs.
