Is there a way to do this?

I have a bunch of video events (a few hundred) on my timeline.
I deleted the audio but now I want my audio back.
I can open those video clips in the trimmer, select audio only, add that to the timeline and then sync it up...but since there are hundreds of clips, that would take forever. Is there a way (or a script or something) that can automatically add the original audio for those events back to my project?

I don't know of any, but what I do just in case I need the audio again is to leave a few of them in place and "mute" them. If I need them I can "drag" them out to restore the rest of it. Or you could just leave the whole track in place and "mute" it. then "un-mute" it if you need it.
