Is there a way to get V4's playback rate faster than 4.0?

I'm guessing no, since whenever I enter more than 4.0 it reverts back to 4.0.
Or is there a workaround to make the footage appear faster (shot at 1/60 shutter speed)?
Gracias,
Randy

You can CTRL+SHRINK the event in combination with the 4x Playback rate setting to get more speed - so I'm told.

You can either hold down the CTRL key and resize a clip or manually change the playback rate to manually get up to a 4x speed increase. You can add a Velocity Envelope to get up to a 3x speed increase. You can do BOTH to get up to a 12x speed increase. If you need faster than that, you'll need to render that clip and then repeat the above process to the new clip.

Actually after I ctrl/shrunk the clip as far as it would go is when I went to try to raise the (displayed) 4x rate.
