is there a way to make an object move?

i have a text in the movie and i want to make it move from one side to other.
is there any way to do it?

At the bottom of the Media Generator properties box is where you can set keyframes so it changes over time. If you can't see this area, drag the size of the window bigger.

Yes, here is three possibilities:

1. Positioning tab in the text editor box
2. Pan/Crop
3. Track Motion

NOTE: All of them require the use of keyframes.
