Yesterday (1st of August) i bought Vegas Movie Studio 14, but i quickly realized that many features that i need was missing in the standard version (custom rendering templates, multicam editing, etc). That's why i'd like to refund my Movie Studio 14 program and instead buy Movie Studio 14 Platinum.
Is there a way to do this? I've already contacted their support however.

How long is the usual respond time for their support? It's been 2 days and nothing has been sent.
I don't know, but in your case I then would call the sales support (see number above, if it is U.S. for you).
I'm not in the US unfortunately. What is the number for the EU?
