3 days?? Slow down Sparky! Who do you think you are dealing with?? This is Sony! Usually it's one to two weeks IF they even bother. Let us know. ;)

2 weeks in my case, no answer yet.
If I got to know earlier, surely I would not have bought their products.

I wrote to Support about 2 weeks ago about the DV and HDV capture bug. You know, the one where at the end of each scene you get a few frames of the next scene. Seriously annoying but not a show stopper.

I guess lots of people use HDVSplit as their workaround, but darn it, Sony makes a really good product overall and if HDVSplit can do it, why can't Sony? So I wrote to them and received a response back just a few days ago.

Alas the response directed me to the "help" link for how to use DV and HDV capture while enabling scene detection. Of course that wasn't my question, but hey, I received a response. So I politely told them as much, restated my question, and sent my response back. That was two days ago.

Ok, so maybe I will get a link to donwload another Sony product instead of the missing file that I requested... :-|
