Am I the only one that noticed that Sony is not reachable at all , even by submitting a ticket? The phone support by using the abroad phone numbers has not been working for 2 years now, so why bother to keep these numbers on the site if they don't work?

I also had a pre-salees question for the update, but it's been 2 weeks now and nobody bothered to take a look at my ticket...
