Is there any way to use more than ten media texts?

I have hours and hours of video from overseas and I want to make some DVDs with little explanations before each clip. However, that came to a screeching halt at the eleventh.

What gives?

Please give us <a little> more information to work with. From your description I cannot make any sense of what you are trying to do - and the problem you are encountering.

How exactly can a computer program come to a screeching halt anyway?

well, some times a 3d game will freeze on a screen when something over heats. :) That's the only time I've ever had my computer halt.
