Is there something wrong with my settings?

My gaming render looks good but when I upload to youtube the 1080p version looks terrible and the 4k version looks good even with vp9 codec, does anything look wrong? (Vegas Pro 19 Build 651)

Looks fine though I'd use the default NVIDIA preset myself and uncheck two pass.

If the file looks right on your computer you did what you could as you can't control YouTube's recompression.
