Is this a good configuration for video editing?

Over at the Video Guys website, they are building up a video edting PC - see:

I'm looking at doing the same. Is this a good configuration or are there any suggestions
for improvements?

You want Windows 7 64bit.

As for Windows 7, I would think most resellers would be including a free upgrade from Vista to 7. Mine did on the Acer I just bought.
