Is "uncompressed" audio wav ?

I'm rendering a series of short clips as .mov files. The next stage of processing (for the web) MUST have the audio component in wav format. But when I look at the audio options all I see are MACE, 32-bit integer, uLaw2:1 etc.

What are all these formats ? Are they variants of wav ? or is the "uncompressed" option wav ?

The help file seems very sparse on this subject.

thanks

If you want to have wav you'll have to publish it as an AVI. MOV is an apple format so I doubt you can have some wav encoding there which is a MS format...

There is no "uncompressed" option in the quicktime codec ?
