Sent a couple of emails regarding a problem I have with US2 and no response. Tried calling and it just rings with no voicemail.

What email are you using. I'm on the list for the ultimatesupport email at vasst which is for software problems and I haven't seen anything. Feel free to send me a private email via this forum (just click on my name).
