Is Vegas Audio 3.0 like Vegas Audio 2.0 + Video?

I do multitrack recording, and im planning on dumping my digital tracks held on my ADATs to my PC to mix in Vegas Audio, I was wondering if Vegas Video will work just as well, plus give me the ability to add video?

Yes, Vegas Video 3 is a digital audio multitracker with spectacular video editing capabilities. There is nothing that Vegas Audio has that Vegas Video doesn't. I use VV3 for multitracking recording, CD mastering, as well as video production and web content composition. It does each thing with power and ease of use.
