Is Vegas compatibility with Panasonic AGDV-1000 Deck?

I am looking to purchase this panasonic deck. Has anyone on the forum had good luck with this deck. I am more concered if vegas has any compatibility issues with this deck

It works fine with the Panasonic AG-DV2000 deck. The 1000 should be very similar.
