Hello. I'm a new editor, and I've seen many tutorials on youtube teaching how to do various video effects. One of them was the VELOCITY ENVELOPE which is a really nice way to do transitions between clips.

The tutorial that Iv'e seen was taught on VEGAS PRO 10 and I couldnt find the velocity option in MOVIE STUDIO PLATINUM 13 (which is what I own), and I wonder if the option even exists and if so where can I find it??
