ISO image or mpeg2 ?

I need to make some short videos available which I've made for clients. They often want them on DVD, but also want them yesterday. I'm thinking that I will uploaded the videos (only about 5 minutes long) and let them download them and burn to DVD themselves.

In that situation what do you think is best, an ISO image, or a simple mpeg 2 ?

thanks

Are you supplying the menu structure too? Go for ISO as then it will be a single file.

Is it just the video? Go for MPEG as that will be a single file and then they can play it directly from their hard drive or burn it to CD/DVD/whatever without having to know what an ISO file is.
