Issue with plugin Heroglyph - Prodad

I have created an animation using Heroglyph Prodad V.2.6 (Licensed version). I opened the Prodad from Vegas, edited, previewed the animation in Prodad, return back to
Vegas. When I previewed the animation thru Vegas, I have lost last 2-3 seconds that I was able to see previously thru the Prodad preview window. Did any one have this problem before?. Please advise.

Check the clip on the Vegas timeline to ensure its length is equal to or greater than the length of the heroglyph animation. If the Vegas clip is shorter than the duration of the animation I think it gets cut off.

Click on the "Generated Media" icon on the event in the timeline and look at the length there (i.e. don't just stretch it out on the timeline).

I checked in the media generated window and heroglyoh edit window both are set to 00:00:18;00 . Is there is length limit to the timelime clip?

No I haven't used this plugin much, but for sure there should be no such limit. If 18 seconds is the length in the gen media dialog and inside the plugin, just make sure it's also 18 seconds in the Vegas timeline. Drag the right edge of the event with the mouse if need be.

If you still don't see the last 2-3 seconds (i.e. all is black) check the event to see if it has a fade on it. (i.e. check the Vegas event and check inside the plugin for its own fades)

Click on the "Generated Media" icon on the event in the timeline and look at rendering. Do you have anything check there?

Also check this: Right Click on the Heroglyph media on the time line.
Click Properties and then media. What is the length? If it is more then the length you created in Heroglyph, it will be cut off by the differance.

Also make sure the media on the time line is stretched out to 18sec.

In the Generated media window, under rendering I have checkout out 1). Optimise for video and 2). use heroglyph timebase
