issues with programs i bought

Hello my name is Cole, I am having issues with the programs i got from the humble Bundle a few months ago. i was doing the registration process and it was giving me a hard time after i confirmed everything. it wont let me open the program and do my usual business, i upgraded to Vegas 16 and the other accessories that came with the humble bundle. and since then, it still refused to let me do my work. so i decided to go back to use Vegas 14 and do my work there.

 

NOW today it is not allowing to do my work, it keeps saying: The Code Execution cannot proceeed because MSVCR110.DLL was not found. Reinstalling may fix the problem when i did nothing to the program. I want to talk to a person, and i want to see if i can get some help or my money back. everything was fine until i chose to upgrade.

You bought the item from Humble Bundle. That is who you would go after for a refund, but based on their business model, I doubt they give many refunds.

The Humble Bundle VP16 is not an "upgrade", but a separate program. I have a friend that bought the Bundle and everything is working on his PC as it should.

If you google your problem, MS missing the .dll in a Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable that Vegas is looking for.

As for getting a refund, the software you bought will be 3 generations old next month, and how long ago was that bundle? Did the software ever work? And if so, what changed on your computer that make it not work? Maybe a Windows update? Who knows? You certainly aren't going to "talk" with anyone to get help.
