Issues with Vegas Pro crashing and freezing.

I've been trying now for three days to get this software to work (VEGAS PRO version 22). I am having nothing but issues with it crashing/freezing . I want to eliminate the charge on my card. (charged to credit card). I have all my invoice information. I bought it on 9-30-2024. I won't be using it as I am frustrated beyond belief with this.

How do I go about this?
