It crashes every 5 minutes and takes a while to load

Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 16 (Trial Version) crashes a lot and needs a lot of time to load in order to run again, I can't work properly with it

I have an MSI, 64bits, I7-8750H CPU, 2.20GHz, 8GB RAM

Video settings: HD 1080-60i (1920x1080; 29,970 fps)
