It is not downloading

When running VegasMovieStudio16platinum_dlm.exe installation file, it gets stuck trying to download the Vegas software files on my PC desktop computer. It immediately PAUSES, and after clicking on CONTINUE, it again PAUSES immediately, not downloading anything (0% progress). I have tried this several times with the same results. The same happens when trying to install any of the other software modules There is NO error message.

I have Norton antivirus and already disable it.

Please help. thank you.

Hay Fernando,

I have the same issue with my install. I disabled "real-time protection" on my AV and I was able to install.

Am not using norton but its worth a try. Also try installing through VPN if you have VPN.
