I saw this video that was made with Vegas Video 4.0 (And I know it's not the same as Vegas Movie Studio) and it did these effects like a cut in the video that goes through for a minute and a flickering light going across the screen and (the one I want to know about) an effect that made one line visible in the video and the rest was black.

Is it possible to do this in Movie Studio Platinum?
