I have 2 hr project and made regular dvd and blu-ray dvd and getting trailing effect when ever people make movements like walking and moving arms etc.

source is hdv 1440x1080,
render as for blu-ray
1920x1080 at 23.97 frame rate

Regular dvd
720x480 at 29.97 frame rate constant bit rate

both dvds have same problems

anybody have similar issues and came up with solution.
