hi

i use windows movie maker to capture my videos, and they play fine in media player, but when I import them into Vegas Video some of them are fine but about 50% of them are jerky, 1 frame a second or less. All my clips are encoded at 768kbps 320x240 30fps. Any ideas?

also is there a way to compress the video captured in Video Capture 3.0?
