Juicer2-Vegas codecs match?

I just started using the Juicer2 lower thirds overlays. They look great in the preview, and batch windows. When I render them I get a BLACK background instead of a transparent one. I've been reviewing the instruction video included with Juicer2 and the only thing I can come up with is a codecs mismatch.
Can someone tell me which codecs will match Vegas 6? Or am I doing something else wrong? I am using Editor's toolkit 2, embedded Alpha, 058 lower third file, and saving it quicktime.

Right click the file in Vegas, choose Properties, and in the Media tab, set the alpha channel.
As long as the Juicer file has the alpha embedded (should be a 32bit file) then Vegas will see it once you've set it in the Properties.
Usually, Premult or Premult/dirty will work best.

From memory you'll need to then right click on the QT clip on the timeline and change the properties so that Vegas knows to use the alpha channel.
