Jump to Playlist first in Menu

I have a menu with 9 chapters and a playlist that will play all. I t currently highlights the first chapter when it enters the menu. Instead I want it to highlight the "Play All" playlist when it enters the menu. How is that done?

Locate the Play All item in the Project Overview window. Drag it to the top of the list for that menu.
