Just got my new copy of Vegas 7 ...

WOW! the developers really listened to the users this time. The program is 100% customizable ... every feature you'd want is included in the box. Vegas 7 snaps open in milliseconds and you're presented with a split screen. On the left is a black panel with a flashing white cursor and on the left is a scrollable panel of 18,675 code snippets and API calls... that's right, folks, this time we users build the program ourselves. No more blaming Madison for anything. It should take a fast learner only three years to build the GUI like we want it and another twelve years to program our own features ... this is the best version yet!

Maybe they will make a version "6 1/2" geared toward filmakers who want to make a film, but can’t seem to get motivated. The new "Guido" plugin filter will send you to a cyber health spa and filter out producers, actors, and agents who pester you while you are trying to get motivated.

... ah, yes ... the motivation factor ... I say Sony should make a product called Acid Vegas so you could make an entire movie from video loops .... that should get the creative juices flowing ...

V7 will utilize voice recognition software –
Now someone can yell out into the room while you are editing:
“select all – delete – save”
Then just walk away….
