I just purchased the JVC VS30 VCR and am having difficulty with "dropped frames" when I capture or print to/from VCR via firewire. I was wondering if anyone using a JVC DV/SVHS VCR is experiencing similar problems and if so, any solutions to this problem?

I have a sony Camcorder and have no problems capturing/printing with it.
