What's the best way to get a keyed element to cast a shadow. So far this is what I have done. (I'm hoping for an easier solution so as to reduce render time):

1) Chroma key green screen footage
2) Duplicate layer
3) Set levels to black and offset
4) Gasusian blur

This looks good but takes a while to render. Any other ideas?
