key frames

In event pan crop we are unable to move the edit boxes. Always have been able to do so before. Something is locked and we cannot figure out what it is. Just wanted to change one key frame location in a project and cannot. Checked other images and cannot move the edit boxes there either, even though we get the arrow cursors. Any ideas?

Can you be a bit more specific what you're trying to do and what's not happening?

First, can you confirm which version of the program you're using?

Second, what happens when you drag the Selection Box in the Pan/Crop workspace?

Is this problem unique to a particular clip, or does it happen with every event on your timeline? Does it only happen in this project, or do you have this same lock-up in every project you open?

And what type of camcorder is your video coming from? Or, if you are using photos, what is the size (measured in pixels) of your photo?
