Key Problem

Please note that:

1. this is a user (peer-to-peer) forum and is not an avenue to access the support team. To lodge a support request, you'll need to click on the Support link in the forum's header, click on 'Vegas Pro' and then scroll down to the 'Contact Support' link.

2. there is no such product as Sony Vegas Pro 20. Please see https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/sony-vegas-vs-vegas--119881/

What you can do in the meantime is to go to your MAGIX My Account and under the My Products section, double-check the serial number of your Vegas Pro 20 and, if both activations have been used, deactivate one of those activations (exception: 365 versions only allow one activation).
