Ctrl+Alt+Left/Right Arrow
If you need more on Keyboard shortcuts goto the HELP pulldown and than select Keyboard shorcuts it shows all of them.
this one is kind of awkward it seems to need both hands kinda moots the speed of "shortcuts" but any way there it is.
I hope that was the one that you were looking for.

I recommend mapping these to single keystrokes of your choice using the keyboard preferences. Something that is done as often as this shouldn't be a ctl-alt-whatever in my opinion.

That is a great idea, some of the default keystrokes are sorta strange and unless you area Yoga master not very practical.

I just assigned the Semi Colen ; and the Quote " keys to it and it works great. also close to where my hands rest by the jkl keys.
