Keyframe Controller disappeared

My keyframe controller does not appear in my video FX. I am wanting a picture to be black & white for about 10 seconds and then go to color in 5 seconds and hold. It has disappeared!

This is a common problem. Move the mouse pointer down near the bottom of the Effects window. It should change to a double-headed up-down arrow. Click and drag up. This should pull the keyframe timeline back up into view.

Thank you SO MUCH! I thought I was going to pull my hair out over this! I almost re-installed the program! I knew it had to be something as simple as that but just could not figure it out!
