KEYFRAME EDITING

I have been using Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 for several months now so am still relatively new.
I use key framing in the Event pan/crop window a lot for editing video with a lot of ‘hosing’ or wobble. After doing the basic work there are sections that I’d like to zoom in on for say 30 seconds or even a minute and then zoom out again. At the moment I’m having to change each key frame individually – is there a way that I can select a group of keyframes and make the width change (in the Position section) on them collectively? The same applies to the Keyframe Interpolation Smoothness field where I’d forgotten to enter the smoothness number and had to do so in each keyframe individually.

I have got as far as being able to select a group of key frames by holding the shift or control keys and highlighting the group but when I go to the width or smoothness fields and enter the required number/figure, only the first key frame gets changed. To be able to change a group of keyframes in one action would save a huge amount of time!

This has been a long time concern for me too. At the moment the only good work around is to plan very carefully. Do your zooming first. Check smoothness of all keyframes carefully before going on to the next task. Do your wobble correction last.

Thank you Chienworks - you are quite right and I do try and work as you mention. The problem arises when I want to make an 'improvement' or amendment after everything has been done!
