Keyframe timeline missing! PLZ HELP!

The little section at the bottom of every window (effects, text media, ect) usually has a little timeline where you can add keyframes. It is now no longer there! Did i hit a short cut button that disabled it? What can i do to enable it again??? THanks

Place your cursor at almost the bottom of the FX window until you see it turn from an arrow to a different shape.
Left-click and drag up to reveal the missing keyframe timeline :-)

Don't think you're dumb.
This started showing up for me with v7; still there with VPro 8.0c.
Have reported it to SONY, provided all sorts of scripts to repro and they haven't been able to shoot it dead.
Seems to be cropping up more and more often here.
